45 Compliance notices
If, following an investigation, the Commission believes that a change or suppression practice has occurred or is occurring, the Commission may issue a compliance notice to a person who is wholly or partly responsible for the change or suppression practice.
A compliance notice must set out the following—
the basis for the Commission's belief that a change or suppression practice has occurred or is occurring;
the provisions of this Act (if any) that the Commission believes the person has contravened;
the date by which the person must take or refrain from taking specified actions in relation to the change or suppression practice;
the further action that the Commission may take if the person does not take or refrain from taking specified actions;
that the person may apply to the Tribunal for review of the issuing of the notice or any term of the notice.
A person may, within 28 days of receiving the compliance notice, apply to the Tribunal for a review of the issuing of the compliance notice or of any term of the compliance notice.
