30 Annual fees
(1)
For the purposes of section 52 of the Act, the prescribed annual fee for a service approval is the relevant annual fee set out in Schedule 2.
(2)
The approved provider of a children's service must pay the relevant annual fee in respect of each service approval on or before 1 July each year.
(3)
Despite subregulation (1), the prescribed annual fee for the financial year ending 30 June 2020 is nil.
