5 Exempt beverages
For the purposes of the definition of beverage in section 3(1) of the Act, the following are prescribed to be exempt beverages—
(a)
milk other than flavoured milk;
(b)
cordial;
(c)
concentrated fruit or vegetable juice (or a mixture of both concentrated fruit and vegetable juices) intended to be diluted before consumption;
(d)
registered health tonics.
