Future terms and conditions

Current

Nothing in this Division prevents—

(a)

any of the terms and conditions of employment of a person referred to in section 14(1) from being altered by or under any law, award or agreement with effect from any time on or after the commencement day; or

(b)

a person referred to in section 14(1) from resigning or being dismissed at any time on or after the commencement day in accordance with the terms and conditions of their employment by the VBA.
