5A Prescribed categories of emissions and removals for sector pledges
For the purposes of sections 43(1) and (2), 44(1)(a) and 45 of the Act, the prescribed categories of emissions and removals are each of the following sectors—
(a)
energy;
(b)
transport;
(c)
industrial processes;
(d)
agriculture;
(e)
waste;
(f)
land use, land use change and forestry.
