22 Official seal
(1)
The official seal of the Registrar—
(a)
must be kept as directed by the Registrar; and
(b)
must not be used except as authorised by the Registrar.
(2)
All courts, tribunals and other persons acting judicially—
(a)
must take judicial notice of the official seal of the Registrar on a document; and
(b)
until the contrary is proved, must presume that it was duly affixed.
