1AA Purposes
The purposes of this Act are—
(a)
to improve commercial arbitration processes to facilitate the fair and final resolution of commercial disputes by arbitration without unnecessary delay or expense; and
(b)
to make consequential amendments to other Acts; and
(c)
to repeal the Commercial Arbitration Act 1984.
