24A Representation
(1)
The parties may appear or act in person, or may be represented by another person of their choice, in any oral hearings under section 24.

(2)
A person who is not an Australian lawyer does not commit an offence under or contravene the provisions of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria) or any Act merely by representing a party in arbitral proceedings in this State.
Note
There is no equivalent to this section in the Model Law.
