Application of Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria)

For the purposes of section 33B(5), Division 7 of Part 4.3 of Chapter 4 of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria) applies with any necessary modifications.

Note

There is no equivalent to this section in the Model Law.
