Functions of Principal Commissioner

Current

(1)

The Principal Commissioner has—

(a)

all the functions and powers of the Commission; and

(b)

any other powers or functions conferred on the Principal Commissioner by or under this or any other Act.

(2)

Without limiting subsection (1), the Principal Commissioner may engage consultants, contractors or agents for or in connection with the performance of the Commission's functions.

(3)

All acts and things done by the Principal Commissioner in the name of or on behalf of the Commission are taken to have been done by the Commission.
