19 Application of Public Administration Act 2004
(1)
The Public Administration Act 2004 does not apply to the Principal Commissioner in respect of his or her office except as provided in section 16 of that Act.
(2)
The Public Administration Act 2004 does not apply to a Commissioner in respect of his or her office.
