23A Matter relating to monitoring role under Terrorism (Community Protection) Act 2003 to be included in annual report

The Commission must include the following matter in its annual report of operations under Part 7 of the Financial Management Act 1994—
the number of times the Commission has performed its function under section 4O(a) of the Terrorism (Community Protection) Act 2003 in the financial year to which the report relates;
any general observations or conclusions that the Commission may want to include in the report in relation to the performance of its function under section 4O(a) of the Terrorism (Community Protection) Act 2003 in the financial year to which the report relates.
