60 Disclosure of information to Ministers or Secretaries

The Commission may disclose to the Minister or the Secretary any information acquired by the Commission in performing its functions and exercising its powers under this Act or under any other Act.

In addition to subsection (1), the Commission may disclose to the following persons any information acquired by the Commission in performing its functions and exercising its powers under Chapter 3 of the Youth Justice Act 2024—
the Attorney-General;
the Minister administering the Youth Justice Act 2024;
the Minister administering the Victoria Police Act 2013;
the Secretary to the Department of Justice and Community Safety.
