Particulars of restraining order to be recorded on register

In force

The prescribed particulars to be recorded under section 28(1) of the Act are—

(a)

the name of the applicant; and

(b)

the name of the court by which the order was made; and

(c)

the date of the order; and

(d)

a description of the affected property that is sufficient to identify it.
