18A Parking spaces owned by consulates, consular officers etc.
(1)
A parking space is an exempt parking space if it is owned by—
(a)
a consular post within the meaning of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations; or
(b)
a consular officer or consular employee within the meaning of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations; or
(c)
a relative of a person referred to in paragraph (b) who is residing in the same household.
(2)
In this section—
Vienna Convention on Consular Relations means the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations done at Vienna on 24 April 1963.
