25 Delegation by the Minister
The Minister may, in writing, delegate all or any of his or her functions or powers under this Act to a person employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004, other than—
(a)
the power to make an order under section 4; and
(b)
the power to grant an exemption under section 6; and
(c)
the power to vary or revoke an order under section 8; and
(d)
this power of delegation.
