142 Offence to hinder or obstruct statutory manager or receiver
(1)
A person must not hinder, obstruct or delay a statutory manager in the exercise of his or her functions and powers under this Act.
- 120 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not hinder, obstruct or delay a receiver in the exercise of his or her functions and powers under this Act.
