184 Service of documents
This section applies subject to section 162.
For the purposes of this Act and the regulations, a document may be served on a licensee who is a natural person by—
giving it to the licensee personally; or
leaving it at the licensee's place of residence with someone who apparently resides there and is apparently over 16 years of age; or
leaving it at the licensee's principal place of business with someone who is apparently employed there and over 16 years of age; or
posting it in a letter addressed to the licensee at the address last known to the Director of the licensee's place of residence or principal place of business.
For the purposes of this Act and the regulations, a document may be served on a licensee that is a company by—
giving it to a director or a secretary of the company, or to any other person concerned in the management of the company personally; or
leaving it at the registered office or principal place of business of the company with someone who is apparently employed there and over 16 years of age; or
posting it in a letter addressed to the company at the address last known to the Director of the company's registered office or principal place of business.
