Authority may revoke suspension

In force

(1)

The Authority, by written notice given to a licensee, may revoke the suspension of a licence held by the licensee before the end of the period of suspension specified in the notice given under section 32A(3).

(2)

A notice under subsection (1) must set out the reason the suspension of the licence is revoked before the end of the period of suspension referred to in section 32A(3).
