19 Oath or affirmation of office for judicial registrar—Form 7
For the purposes of section 102EA(1) of the Act—
(a)
the prescribed form is Form 7 of Schedule 1; and
(b)
an oath or affirmation of office for a judicial registrar must be administered by the State Coroner or the Deputy State Coroner.
