110 Form of a parole order
A parole order must be in the form of—
Form 9 of Schedule 2, if the parole order is made on and from 28 April 2019 to 31 October 2019; or
Form 10 of Schedule 2, if the parole order is made on and from 1 November 2019.
A parole order must state if the prisoner is released on parole in respect of a sexual offence or a serious violent offence.
The secretary of the Board must ensure that 5 copies of the parole order are signed by the secretary or a member of the Board and that—
a copy is retained by the Board; and
a copy is sent to the relevant Regional Manager; and
a copy is delivered to the person granted parole; and
a copy is sent to the Governor if the person is released from prison.
The Secretary must notify the Chief Commissioner of Police, in writing, of—
the making of a parole order; and
the terms and conditions attached to the parole order that are prescribed for the purposes of section 78A(1) of the Act.
