Corrections Regulations 2019

An offender who is a prisoner on parole must not—

fail to comply with a direction of the Regional Manager or a community corrections officer; or

consume alcohol—

at least 8 hours before attending a location; or

when attending a location; or

use a drug of dependence or a prohibited poison when attending a location; or

be under the influence of alcohol, a drug of dependence or a prohibited poison when attending a location; or

be in possession of alcohol, a drug of dependence or a prohibited poison at a location; or

bring any unauthorised article or substance into a location; or

leave the location at which the offender has been directed to attend without the permission of a community corrections officer; or

fail to notify a community corrections officer at the location which the offender has been directed to attend, of the offender's inability to attend at the location at the required time—

if the offender has at least 24 hours notice of the offender's inability, at least 24 hours before the offender is due to attend the location; or

if the offender does not have at least 24 hours notice of the offender's inability, immediately on becoming unable to attend; or

fail to attend the location at which the offender has been directed to attend unless the offender has obtained the permission of a community corrections officer not to attend at the required time; or

fail to produce a medical certificate as soon as practicable in respect of non-attendance at a location due to illness; or

enter an unauthorised area of a location without the permission of a community corrections officer; or

act in a way that is contrary to—

the good order, management or security of the location; or

the good order of a community corrections programme; or

attempt to commit any of the offences referred to in paragraphs (a) to (l).
