24 Wearing of non-prison clothing
A Governor must ensure that a prisoner who is brought before a court or tribunal—
(a)
is permitted to wear suitable clothing owned by the prisoner during the appearance; or
(b)
is provided with civilian clothes to wear during the appearance if the prisoner does not have suitable clothing.
