29 Secretary may make rules
The Secretary may make rules in relation to—
(a)
the variation of a prisoner's classification; and
(b)
the power of a case management review committee to vary a prisoner's classification; and
(c)
the composition of a case management review committee; and
(d)
the composition of a sentence management panel; and
(e)
the conduct of proceedings of a case management review committee.
