44 Dismissal from work in a prison industry
A Governor may dismiss a prisoner from work in a prison industry if—
(a)
the prisoner's performance at work is unsatisfactory; or
(b)
the prisoner is charged with a prison offence that prevents or impacts on the prisoner participating in work.
