129 Personal injury arising out of transport accident
A casual fire-fighter or volunteer auxiliary worker seeking to make a claim for personal injury compensation in respect of a personal injury arising out of a transport accident must—
(a)
make a report to a police officer concerning the circumstances of the transport accident; and
(b)
provide a copy of the police report to the Authority when lodging the claim.
