Country Fire Authority Regulations 2025

For the purposes of section 50AA(1) of the Act, the prescribed information in the case of a modification is particulars of any modification of any of the following details—

the name of the alarm monitoring service;

details of the site being monitored, including the name, street, nearest cross-street, suburb, Persistent Feature Identifier and GPS coordinates;

customer details, including entity name, postal address, contact name, email address and telephone number;

alarm details, including the following (if available)—

alarm number;

alarm signalling equipment address;

alarm signalling equipment location;

input device numbers;

input device alarm types;

input device locations;

whether or not the input is an automatic alarm;

the previous alarm number (if the alarm number has changed);

relevant fire station and key peg numbers (if provided by the Authority);

date of modification.

For the purposes of section 50AA(1) of the Act, the prescribed period for providing the information in subregulation (1) is within 24 hours after the modification.
