56 Chief Officer may authorise persons to conduct disciplinary processes
(1)
The Chief Officer may authorise a person to undertake a disciplinary investigation into the conduct of a member of a brigade.
(2)
The Chief Officer may authorise a person to determine the outcome of a disciplinary investigation into the conduct of a member of a brigade.
(3)
The Chief Officer may authorise a person to hear and determine a matter relating to the conduct of a member of a brigade.
