98 Recovery of overpayments
An amount paid to a member or other person under this Part, whether as compensation or otherwise, is recoverable by the Authority in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the Authority if—
(a)
the amount has been paid to the member or other person as a consequence of—
(i)
a false or misleading statement or representation; or
(ii)
a failure or omission to comply with a provision of this Part; or
(b)
the member or other person is otherwise liable to pay the amount to the Authority under this Part.
