31.10 Record of examination
(1)
A deposition of the examination of the party examined shall be made.
(2)
Where objection is taken to any question, proceedings before the examiner with respect to the objection shall be recorded in the deposition.
(3)
The deposition shall be authenticated by the signature of the examiner, and forthwith after signing the deposition the examiner shall give notice in writing to the party examined and the examining party of the authentication.
