13 Payment of mediation fees
(1)
A mediation fee is payable by the party which commenced the proceeding.
(2)
A mediation fee, based on the estimated duration of the mediation, is payable—
(a)
no later than 5 days prior to the date fixed for mediation; or
(b)
if at the time the date is fixed for mediation there are less than 5 days until the date fixed, the day after the date for mediation is fixed.
(3)
Any further mediation fee based on the duration of the mediation exceeding the estimated duration is payable by the day after the day of mediation to which it relates.
