Property transferred to Court Services Victoria

Current

On the appointed day for an allocation statement—

(a)

all property and rights of the State that are allocated to Court Services Victoria under the allocation statement, vest in Court Services Victoria; and

(b)

all liabilities of the State that are allocated to Court Services Victoria under the allocation statement, become liabilities of Court Services Victoria.
