58A Transitional provision—Court Services Victoria and Other Acts Amendment Act 2015
This section applies to the person who holds the position of chief executive officer of the Judicial College of Victoria immediately before the day on which section 4 of the Court Services Victoria and Other Acts Amendment Act 2015 comes into operation (the commencement day).
On and after the commencement day, the person—
is taken to have been employed as chief executive officer of the Judicial College of Victoria in accordance with section 35A; and
continues to be employed in that capacity on the terms and conditions (including remuneration and allowances) no less favourable than those that applied immediately before the commencement day.
