7 Registry officer to identify suitable proceedings
Following the making and approval of an agreement under section 6 the senior judicial officer of the overloaded court may direct an officer employed in the registry of that court to identify a specified number of proceedings that may be suitable for transfer.
In identifying proceedings for transfer the registry officer must have regard to any guidelines issued by the senior judicial officer of that court.
After having identified the required number of proceedings the registry officer must deliver to the designated judicial officer of that court the documents filed in the court in each of those proceedings and a summary of the file of each proceeding.
