Functions of the Secretary

In force

The Secretary has the following functions under this Act—

(a)

to provide advice to the Minister relating to the arts and creative industries;

(b)

to direct, support, approve and guide the development of policy and activities by the Chief Executive relating to the arts and creative industries;

(c)

to provide to the Chief Executive the staff, resources and other support necessary for the performance of the Chief Executive's functions under this Act.
