158 General penalty
(1)
A person who contravenes or fails to comply with a provision of this Act is guilty of an offence against this Act.
(2)
A person who is guilty of an offence against this Act for which a specific penalty is not prescribed by a provision of this Act other than this subsection, is liable to a penalty not exceeding 10 penalty units.
