The provisions of Parts III, IV, V, VI, VII and VIII do not apply to or with respect to the provision of credit by an authorised deposit-taking institution or a pastoral finance company where the credit is provided by way of overdraft or otherwise than by way of credit sale contract, continuing credit contract or term loan.
