18 Custody of registers
(1)
On and from the Commonwealth commencement, the Registrar must take possession and have custody, control and use of the Register of Credit Providers.
(2)
Despite the repeal of section 37S of the old Act, on and from the Commonwealth commencement, the Director retains possession and has custody, control and use of the register, within the meaning of section 6 of the Finance Brokers Act 1969, as in force before its repeal.
