74AA Theft of firearm
S. 74AA inserted by No. 44/2015 s. 9.
(1)
A person must not steal a firearm.
Penalty: 1800 penalty units or 15 years imprisonment.
(2)
For the purposes of subsection (1)—
firearm has the same meaning as in section 3(1) of the Firearms Act 1996.
