39 Transitional provisions—Justice Legislation Amendment (Police and Other Matters) Act 2025
The amendments made to sections 6 and 7 by the Justice Legislation Amendment (Police and Other Matters) Act 2025 apply in relation to any authority granted for an authorised civilian who is a Victoria Police employee on or after 3 April 2023 as if those sections, as amended by that Act, had been in operation on and after that date.
