100 Form and content of application
An application for registration of a corresponding order must—
be in writing; and
S. 100(b) amended by No. 37/2024 s. 56(a).
state that the Chief Commissioner believes that it is necessary or desirable that the corresponding order operate in this State; and
S. 100(c) amended by No. 37/2024 s. 56(b).
state whether the Chief Commissioner believes that it is necessary or desirable for the corresponding order to be registered with variations for its effective operation in this State, and if so, the details of those variations; and
be accompanied by—
S. 100(d)(i) amended by No. 37/2024 s. 56(c).
a copy of the corresponding order to be registered; and
S. 100(d)(ii) substituted by No. 37/2024 s. 56(d).
an affidavit that includes enough information to enable the County Court registrar to find that the order referred to in subparagraph (i)—
is a corresponding order within the meaning of this Act; and
is in effect.
