103 Service of application

(1)
If an application for registration of a corresponding order is referred to the Court under section 102, the Chief Commissioner must cause the following documents to be served on the respondent—
(a)
a copy of the application for registration;
(b)
a copy of each affidavit that accompanied the application.
(2)
The copies must be served as soon as practicable after the application is referred to the Court.
