(1)
The County Court registrar must give the Chief Commissioner—
S. 117(1)(a) amended by No. 37/2024 s. 73(b).
(a)
notice of the variation of the registered corresponding order under section 115; and
S. 117(1)(b) amended by No. 37/2024 s. 73(b).
(b)
a copy of the registered corresponding order with the variation.
(2)
The notice and copy must be given as soon as practicable after the determination is made by the Court under section 115 but no later than 7 days after that determination.
