(1)
The Chief Commissioner may apply to the Court to cancel the registration of a registered corresponding order.

(2)
The respondent may, with the leave of the Court, apply to the Court to cancel the registration of a registered corresponding order.

(3)
The Court may grant leave to apply under subsection (2) if the Court is satisfied that there has been a substantial change in circumstances since the corresponding order was made.
