124F Content of unlawful association notices
An unlawful association notice must—
specify—
the name and address of the individual on whom the notice will be served; and
the date of issue of the notice; and
the name of every individual required to be specified under section 124D(3) or 124E(4), as the case requires; and
the name, rank and place of duty of the senior police officer who issued the notice, or an identifying reference of that officer; and

that the notice remains in effect for 2 years after the date it is issued unless sooner revoked; and
include—
a statement explaining the effect of the notice and section 124A(1); and
S. 124F(b)(ii) amended by No. 37/2024 s. 12.
information about the exceptions to the offence under section 124A(1) that are set out in section 124A(3), (4) and (4B); and
S. 124F(b)(iii) substituted by No. 37/2024 s. 33(1).
a statement to the effect that an individual served with an unlawful association notice—
may apply under Division 3 for an internal review of the decision to issue the notice, or a decision to amend it; and
may apply under section 124JA(1) for revocation of the notice; and
a statement to the effect that an individual served with an unlawful association notice is entitled to apply for a lawful association authority.
