The IBAC must review notices every quarter

In force

(1)

As soon as possible after the end of each quarter of each year, the IBAC must conduct a review, in accordance with this Subdivision, of the unlawful association notices that were in effect at any time during that quarter.

(2)

For the purposes of subsection (1), the quarters of a year are—

(a)

the period of 3 months beginning on 1 January; and

(b)

each subsequent period of 3 months.
