124ZF Compliance with direction or requirement
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a direction or requirement made of the person in the exercise, by an IBAC Officer, of a power of the IBAC under this Division.
Penalty: 120 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months or both.
