18 Content of serious crime prevention order
The Court must specify in a serious crime prevention order—
(a)
the individual to whom the order applies; and
(b)
the grounds on which the order is made; and
(c)
the conditions imposed under the order; and
(d)
the day on which the order is made.
Note
Section 19 also requires certain other matters to be specified in the order in relation to its duration.
