416C Review of non-disclosure order
S. 416C inserted by No. 1/2022 s. 9.
(1)
A court may review a non-disclosure order, including its own non-disclosure order—
(a)
on the court's own motion; or
(b)
on the application of a person referred to in section 416A(1).
(2)
On a review under subsection (1), the court may confirm, vary or revoke the non‑disclosure order.
