67 Repeal of Dairy Industry Act 1992
(1)
The Dairy Industry Act 1992 is repealed.
(2)
On the commencement of this section—
(a)
the members of the Victorian Dairy Industry Authority constituted under the Dairy Industry Act 1992 go out of office; and
(b)
Dairy Food Safety Victoria is the successor in law of the Victorian Dairy Industry Authority.
